We had an amazing stay at Fraser Place in Istanbul. The spacious apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine/dryer combo. The breakfast spread was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. The staff were helpful and accommodating to our needs. The location was convenient, with a shopping mall right next to the hotel. I highly recommend Fraser Place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Istanbul.

The location of the hotel is far from the city center, but it is near to many good attractions, such as a shopping mall and a park. The rooms are spacious and clean, with facilities like a kitchen, washing machine/dryer combo, and dishwasher. The staff are helpful and polite, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of options and is satisfying. the hotel has secure parking space and a nice view.
One negative aspect is the distance from the hotel to the city center.

The room space was perfect for our family of 5. We had a family suite with a master bedroom, twin bedroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room. The facilities were clean and up to date with a washing machine/dryer combo and dishwasher. The location next to the Akyaka mall was convenient for our children to play at Play Planet and for us to grab food at Burger King. The outdoor park nearby was also great for picnics and playgrounds.
Felt really comfortable, nothing to complain about.

The staff were helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to assist us. They spoke excellent English and were able to recommend attractions and provide helpful information. The hotel itself was clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal, with shopping malls nearby and attractions like the Blue Mosque easily accessible. Plus, the view from the upper levels of the hotel was amazing.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Ayşa at the reception who always had a smile on her face. They made sure the rooms were spotlessly clean every day and provided clear instructions for changing towels and sheets. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they also offered complimentary water, dishwasher pods, and kitchen utensils. The hotel's location was very convenient, with a large shopping mall right next to it, offering plenty of options for shopping and entertainment such as bowling or catching a movie. The view from the windows was truly breathtaking, and no photograph could capture its beauty. I was very impressed with the excellent services and the exceptional customer service provided by this hotel.
